So I was driving a couple of days ago, and I didn't run over a cat. :)
I mean, I haven't run over a cat before, but this incident I'm talking about actually concerns a cat walking in front of the car. And I stopped for it. Which means I kinda sorta saved its life.

Granted, it was on one of my neighborhood roads and I wasn't going fast to begin with, but I STILL CONSERVED A LIFE. :D

Of course, I still hate driving. D;
If I could have a chauffeur for the rest of my life, I'd totally get one.

I'm currently wondering why I'm planning on majoring in English if I absolutely hate writing papers.
...oh yeaaaah, because it's the only thing I'm good at. Right. D;

Currently we would love anyone who is interested in playing the following: Naruto, Kiba, Hinata, Tenten, Gai, Karin, Juugo, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Gaara, Temari, Kankurou, Sai, and we are in desperate need of Akatsuki members!

So bubbles are blue...
Blossoms can be red...

So why was Buttercup's dress green when buttercups are yellow?

So I went running today over at Tiyan. The whole car ride there, I was kind of arguing with my mother, so by the time we arrived, I was raring to go burn off some steam. I ran for a bit, still pretty upset -- only to realize that there's this girl coming toward me who looked really familiar.

It turned out to be Kellie. She was surprised to see me, and told me she didn't recognize me at first. "Who's that emo girl?" she apparently thought to herself. (Well, I was upset...)

We started running together and did that for a few minutes until we started running up that fricking hill -- at the top of which I stopped to walk.

Then as we caught our breath, we started talking about -- other things. >>
That cheered me up a bit after The Car Ride from Hell (which really wasn't the worst car ride or argument I've had with my mom, sadly.)

The point is that I'd probably be horribly upset still if I hadn't run into Kellie -- but our paths crossed, and they crossed for a reason, and because of that, I find myself reminded that God's got my back. It's nice to remember that, especially when the semester's about to wrap up and I find myself bombarded with papers and tests and last minute assignments and NaNoWriMo word counts.

Which reminds me, I have a page due tomorrow on an article for English. D;

I am so glad Wednesday's a holiday. I need to catch up on everything. ...though I'll probably just waste the day playing Professor Layton. D;
So I've been having this recurring dream since summer, but it only lately started becoming frequent. I'd be driving and everything would be going fine -- except for the fact that my brakes were either difficult to control or not working at all. But regardless of that fact, I never really panicked. I'd wonder vaguely why my brakes were acting up, but I'd just keep driving and driving, dodging accidents left and right.

Sometimes I'd be in a car or sometimes I'd be in a bus - but the brakes are always, without fail, damaged. And likewise, I'm never injured.

I should be at 15,000 words by the end of today with my novel; I'm 5,000 words behind. I guess I should just throw a dream sequence in there to eat up my word count. XD

Please disreguard the lack of ANBU, but I have something to report about our community project. It looks like our Sueauthor has responded to constructive criticism given to by many of us, including myself, and has taken down the story until further notice..*gasp*

Did you hear? The PDN has failed me again.

Also, I really don't want to go to school today. Or ever again.

Wow, okay. I can't just recommend one. :/
1) The Bartimaeus Trilogy --- so freaking original.
2) Pride & Prejudice & Zombies, but only if you've read Pride & Prejudice first.
3) And this fanfic if you've read the HP books.

...it's way too early for me to be up... ugh.

Day Two -

A picture of what my friends decided to give to me for my 18th birthday, back when I was at Okkodo --

Because yes, they covered my blue bag with tape, along with Darleney's. Ah, man, I miss high school. :P
